Fatally Stricken at Supper Table
William L. Sheppard of Pear street Oakhurst died after a sudden paralysis at his supper table. His wife found him unconscious. Dr. Beach pronounced death. He was 70, survived by wife Maria Golden and two children Frank Sheppard and Mrs Mary Fleet. Funeral Sunday at 1 PM at the family home, Rev C B Fisher officiating, interment Glenwood cemetery. veteran of Civil War with the 29th New Jersey Volunteers.
