Brundage Loses Control of Antler Market in Red Bank

A bankruptcy petition by Sulzberger & Co. led Judge Joseph Cross in Trenton to appoint Borough Counsel Philip Elliott as receiver, with Elliott and Hannach taking charge of the market before Brundage appeared. Several Red Bank residents are ill with many confined to their homes.
