Office Building Project Slated at Atlantic and Cartagena
The plans call for Morgan A. Stivers to construct a two story office building on the southeast corner of Atlantic Ave and Cartagena St. The lot pair, 107 by 122 feet, totals about 0.25 acres with two owners, John D. Gunn and David G. Small. The $160,000 structure will house fourteen second floor offices and a 40 foot clinic space for doctors and dentists with four treatment rooms. Total project cost is near $200,000, including land valued at about $40,000.
