Russian Conquest Plans Working Says Symington
CHICAGO Sept 5 With minor exceptions everything appears to be going according to Russia timetable for world conquest says W Stuart Symington. The National Security Resources Board chairman told Labor's groups dinner last night that U S citizens should reco certain steps the Communists have taken in it out their intention to rule the world. He said Russia is steadily increasing the power of its army navy air force as well as atomic bombs and equipment to deliver them. Symington said in nearly every country of importance the Communists have a well trained militant minority using democratic tolerance for sabotage at the start of any general war. If Korea has taught us anything other peace loving democracies cannot wait for additional aggression before mobilizing to meet that threat. We must build now a defense sufficient to enforce with our Allies those decisions of the United Nations made in the interest of world peace.
