PITTSBURGH September 4 UP One of the nation’s era steel masters urged customers to help the campaign to realize the steel industry’s traditional pricing methods. Ernest T. Weir, chairman of the board of National Steel Corp, urged buyers to pressure Congress to restore the delivered price system by returning to the former price point method. He called the court decision destructive and said the old pricing, evolved through long dealings between buyers and sellers, was the most practical and efficient method of doing business.
