Exceptional Child Studies to Start Classes
The Exceptional Children's Foundation Traine Center will open classes on Sept. 13 at 1003 E Sixth St. Mrs. Vincent McDonnell announced. Registration runs Sept. 7 from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. Recreation Department will provide arts crafts rhythm materials. Pacific Coast Club will allow use of its heated pool weekly.
