Washington October 8 The Citizens Food Committee issued its first suggested menus to cut meat use. A recipe Sausage sweet potato scallop serves four to five and uses sausage potato apples and sweet potatoes baked with a simple batter. It notes high vitamin A value and more vitamin C than many mains. Accompaniments include snap beans or leafy greens.
