Drain Plans Ordered by City for Mexican Fishing Caution
LOS ANGELES The City Council authorized the Board of Public Works to hire private engineering firms to design plans for a city storm drain project costing 579,000,000. A Mexican navy official, Maj. Gen. Rodolfo Sanchez Abcade, visiting U.S. naval installations, said Mexican fishermen are showing cautious plans amid no incidents in recent months.
