40 X ray Units to Be Used in County Chest Survey Here
Long Beach to host a county chest X ray survey from November 27 to December 23 aiming to uncover tuberculosis cases. Forty units will travel citywide with three permanent downtown sites near stores. no appointment needed and the process takes under two minutes. Hostesses from nineteen organizations will staff downtown units, led by chairman Mrs. R L Taylor and general chairman Joseph B Blackburn.
