Nervous Bride COLOR GUARD in Armistice Day Parade
Long Beach hosted the 34th Armistice Day parade drawing 75,000 spectators. A 47 unit route, largest in California, took about 90 minutes to pass the reviewing stand with Army Navy Marine Corps Air Force Coast Guard National Guard and ROTC units. WAVES from San Diego added a feminine touch as WAVES marched alongside veterans groups under council sponsor William Haidewald.
