The plan covers all dentistry including bridges and trays with payment after work completion.
For the 20th anniversary observance Dr Cowen welcomes patients any time for exams or consultations. Special receptionists will guide newcomers and answer inquiries. Exact low prices will be quoted in advance for any dental work needed.
