Johnstown PA. State Police said Harry Gossard 39 will be charged with the murder of 6 year old Karen Mauk in the Halloween trick or treat slaying. Gossard lived near the Mauk home in Conemaugh and is held on suspicion while police probe the case. Her nude body was found in a cemetery two miles from home after missing earlier that evening. Tests and evidence, including tire marks and a recovered bag of candy and an apple, are part of the investigation and the coroner ruled death by suffocation with no criminal assault.
