Regulation to govern ERP oil purchases discussed

Washington May 13 The Economic Cooperation Administration announced a regulation to govern the purchase and financing of petroleum products for the European recovery program. ECA Administrator Paul Hoffman convened about 60 oil company representatives for an informal discussion, noting the foreign aid act requires oil purchases to come from outside the United States to the greatest extent possible.
