Supreme Court rules employers claiming financial inability in bargaining may be forced to prove their claims. The decision upholds an NLRB order and allows disclosure unless the boss can show harm or undue burden. Attorneys say it clearly requires substantiation when claiming inability to meet wage demands.

Milan report tells how 49 year old Cary thief Boschi escaped San Vittore jail wearing a grey flannel suit and a barber beard to blend with lawyers leaving with a group. Police said the plan involved a hidden contact who sent a light grey suit for the moment. Boschi previously escaped from Paris Verona and Perugia jails.
