Lindsay clings to three public offices in California
Sacramento report says Assemblyman Francis C. Lindsay intends to keep his legislative seat as well as two other public posts, despite an attorney general opinion deeming the offices incompatible. The attorney general warns of split loyalties and public interest concerns, while the court previously permitted pay from both the Legislature and the river project ongoing in Placer County.
