Two Chicago children rescued after alleged car kidnapping
CHICAGO AP Two young girls Kathleen Neumann nine and Carol Tillotson seven appeared at a home today unharmed after being driven around in an automobile by a man who lured them from the Northwest Side. Police backed by over 100 officers hunted for the kidnapper as earlier, Christine Hasty six and Larlene nine were let out after a lengthy ride. The Harsla sisters described a man about 43 years old who first took four girls to a playground and then back to his car. The Neumann and Tillotson families include several other children and workers in landscaping and manufacturing.
