Clyde Joseph, 32, of Salyersville Kentucky, awaits arraignment on an alleged murder charge in the shooting of 68 year old Hager Joseph. The killing occurred when a shotgun blast struck Joseph as he rode in a truck along a mountain road during a dispute over a moonshine still. Santa Barbara with 14 year old girl Mary Louise Zaris found beaten near San Marcos Pass. Robert Earl Aldridge, truck driver, confessed he took the girl to San Marcos Pass to make love and said I think I killed her. He was moved to hospital for observation after becoming incoherent. He was arrested for drunk driving the day after the body was found. Mary Louise attended Santa Barbara Junior High. survived by widowed mother, four brothers and two sisters.
