McKee Will Skips Wife in Estate Plan
The National Van Lines founder Frank James McKee in his probate filing expresses the wish that his estranged wife receive no share of his estate. The roughly 2 million dollar estate largely goes to housekeeper Josephine Fushi, with $1,500 monthly from Chicago properties and remainder to be inherited by his son Robert and daughter Sally Plummer after her death. McKee died June 21, 1977, leaving the residue to Mrs. Fushi, while excluding his former wife Lillian Virginia McKee who had separated in 1940.
