Poppy Planting Program Planned by Local Auxiliary
The American Legion Auxiliary unit will hold its first annual poppy planting in Lincoln Park next Sunday at 1 p m. The program includes band selections, flag pledge, national anthem, prayer, two minutes of silence, poem reading by Rev James Hughes, and poppy seed planting by the auxiliary. Jean Marie Thomas will place a poppy wreath. Vocal and cornet performances are planned along with taps and volleys by a firing squad from Jordan High School.

Two Hurt In Granada Avenue Crash
Two women were injured and a fire hydrant damaged in a two car crash at Granada Avenue and Land Division Street. Mary L.
