Proceeds of the 1952 Marca of Dimes reached 90,200.75 with expectations of a larger final total, Long Beach Chapter NFIP officials said. Contributions exceed 1951 results by about 38 percent, with 10 percent of the 100,000 goal met. Crew from USS Manchester and USS Helena added thousands to the Long Beach drive, along with gifts from the Ebell Theater patrons and San Pedro Clerks Auxiliary. Mae E.
