Detroit woman jailed over rubbish bin complaint
In Detroit Mrs Bohiley Ann Duckett, 24, was taken to a police station after a dispute over an inadequate rubbish can. Police fingerprinted her and asked about her and her husband’s backgrounds, with threats of jail until her court date. Her three daughters accompanied her to headquarters. She had reportedly received a prior warning and ticket regarding sanitation, which she had ignored.
