Long Beach Musician Charged in Drug Wife Bargain
Municipal Court heard John Poole a 27 year old musician and his 24 year old wife Sylvia conspired with Carroll Dean Will 22 to trade the wife's company for heroin at their Los Altos home. Police found 13 heroin capsules marijuana cannabis needles syringes and a spoon in the Poole room. Police testified Poole blamed his wife and claimed the arrest would ruin his career while the wife offered to take blame. The trio were held for Superior Court arraignment with bail set at 5000 each.
