Lane Changing Useless On Freeways Says Police Test
Police Traffic Bureau reports a test on Hollywood freeways shows lane changing saves little time. Four unmarked cars ran a 5:35 am outbound trip from Alameda to Vineland with one driver sticking to each lane.
