Man shoots four in court as lawyer dies in Pennsylvania

In Carlisle Pennsylvania Percy Haines 60 Newville pulled a pistol and opened fire during a support case killing attorney John Fuller and injuring others including Judge Mack E Garber who was struck in the arm. Haines was charged with murder and held without bail in Cumberland County Court. The incident echoes a 1954 Warren County case in which Norman Moon shot Judge Alison Wade.

Texas Sheriff Kills Inmate During Jail Riot in Rio
