Phase of Scott Case Roll to Jury
Los Angeles attorney Ernest Roll announces the first phase of the missing Evelyn T. Scott case will go before a county jury next Tuesday. The evidence will cover grand theft and forgery in more than 10 transactions with about ten witnesses subpoenaed. Her husband L Ewing Scott is being questioned. no charges yet. The grand jury will review her $600,000 estate and a bank writ seeks assets held by Scott or Robert McDonald.
