Remarkable relief from the Goat illness via Spitsbury's Drops
Henry Hamilton reports long battle with the goat under English, Irish, Scottish, Canadian, Bermudian, and Dominica conditions. After severe attacks and near death, hot foot cataplasms helped briefly, then Spitsbury's Drops cured symptoms including salivary phlegm, chalky swellings, and night restlessness. He praises continued benefit after traveling to a healthier climate and recommends the medicine sold at Soho Square Dispensary and local vendors.
