Johns-Manville oil barrier passes full scale tests offshore
Johns-Manville announced successful full scale development tests of a high seas oil containment barrier deployed in the Gulf of Mexico after earlier trials near Cape Hatteras. The flexible floating curtain uses soybean oil for ecological testing and aims for four hour deployment with future operational use.
