Couple sentenced for grand theft tied to credit card fraud
Kitty Tucker and Robert Forster of Lompoc received five years probation after pleading guilty to one count of felony grand theft. Judge Arden Jensen ordered them to repay $3,000 and pay $1,000 fines each, with no jail time pending probation completion.
