UPI reports Harold Boro 66, called a sugar daddy to the Manson family, allegedly lent a Cadillac and bought a red 1973 Volkswagen for Lynette Fromme, the 26 year old aspiring assassin of President Ford. The weapon did not fire and no charges were filed against Boro.
