Mills Seeks Extra Billion for Low Income Tax Cuts

Rep. Wilbur Mills backs sweetening Nixon tax proposals with up to 1 billion more for low income groups. He proposed raising the low income exemption from 1000 to 1200 or 1250 dollars while urging quick congressional action and broader spending power for the poor. Art Alley approval with east side location change

Lompoc City Council kept the Art Alley exhibit but moved it to the east side of H Street between Ocean and Cypress avenues. Anti busing clashes mark second day in Pontiac Michigan
