A private pilot ground school begins Monday at the Santa Ynez Airport with six weeks of classes on Mondays and Wednesdays taught by Bob Wessel, plus an instrument ground school starting Sept 15 on Thursday nights led by Dave Smith. Church school to start Sept 11 at St Mark's in the Valley
St Mark's in the Valley Episcopal Church will launch its year with a Sunday Sept 11 service for kindergarten through eighth grade at 10 a.m. Classes will meet in the church house living room led by Rector Father Charles Stacy and teachers Rebecca Duncan Olivia Flisher and Winona Redkey.
