Delia stalls after hampering Gulf coast
Tropical storm Delia touched 300 miles of the Texas and Louisiana coasts then stalled 75 miles from Corpus Christi. The National Weather Service warned of 5 to 10 inch rains in Southeast Texas and coastal flooding as residents returned home from evacuations.
