School Notes and Extended Day at La Mesa
Parent teacher conferences are scheduled for November 9 to 13 with minimum day schedules. Notices will be sent home with students for meeting times. La Mesa hosted the monthly administrative conference last week. Extended day sessions are now in effect for certain first grade students, one group 8:30 to 1:40 and the other 9:30 to 2:30. Reading in third grade now takes place in Mrs Johnston's room with help from Mrs Mary Sarrar and Wyland Fuller. Miss Stephanie Van Wyk from Cabrillo assists as part of work education.
