Suggestions on highway plans for Lompoc Wye area
A Lompoc Valley citizens committee studying the county general plan offered three highway alignment suggestions during a meeting in the justice court and asked for another month to study five proposals for the Lompoc Wye area. A key proposal calls for a full freeway interchange east of the Wye where Rt 1 would cross Lompoc Casmalia Road. City backs Prop 1 water bond for Lompoc area
