A 14 year old Vandenberg Village youth, Andy Jahl of 518 Mercury Ave, was in serious condition after a bicycle stunt fall behind 578 Venus Ave. He was treated at Lompoc Hospital then moved to Goleta Valley Hospital ICU and was listed stable this morning. Witnesses said the 4 pm incident drew a large neighbor crowd as deputies and rescue crews transported him.
