NASA set to launch ITOS-6 weather satellite and two co-payloads
ITOS-6, designated NOAA-4 after orbit, will join ITOS-G in a Delta straight eight launch from Space Launch Complex 2 West no earlier than October 29. The three-satellite payload also includes INTASAT, Spain's first satellite, to study ionosphere electron content, and AMSAT-Oscar-B for amateur radio educational use, marking Delta’s first three-satellite mission.
