Lompoc Moves To Regulate Off Road Motorbikes

City officials announced a draft ordinance to ban dirt motorcycling within a quarter mile of homes and to designate a portion of the Santa Ynez River bottom for off-road use. Mayor Stevens and the Parks Commission will present plans within 60 days with a public input period likely.

Pentagon alerts 82nd Airborne over Boston school desegregation plan
