Plaza for handicapped residents stalled by lead agency issue
Local plans for Rainbow Plaza to house disabled tenants face delays as no single lead agency will sponsor the project. Anderson notes Lompoc lacks supportive care facilities besides private Board and Care homes. The plan envisions Apartments style living with a central dining hall and supportive programs to foster independence.
