Rincon Park parking and facilities bill advances
The Assembly Ways and Means Committee approved SB 1115 by Senator Lagomarsino to provide off-highway parking and toilet facilities at Rincon Point on the Ventura Santa Barbara line. The project uses surplus land from Hwy 101 relocation and aims to ease traffic and land abuse complaints by surfers and neighbors. Lagomarsino expects no opposition on the Assembly floor.
