Boy and Bike Hit by Car in Lompoc Collision
Six year old Orval William McNay of 735 N Third St suffered a fractured thigh after his bicycle collided with a car driven by Sharon Renee Ortiz of 309 N Sixth St at Pine Avenue and Third Street.
