Plane crash kills multimillionaire Fletcher Jones near Santa Ynez
Fletcher Jones, 41, died when his single engine Beachcraft went down while approaching land near Santa Ynez. The crash left wreckage over 300 yards on Janeway Ranch as authorities from the Transportation Safety Commission FAA and coroners investigated. Jones owned Westerly Stud Ranch and various businesses. he had two sons and was a noted horse breeder and business leader.
