Mrs. Mercedes E. Brong 91 died this morning at Lompoc District Hospital. Funeral services are pending at McPeek Family Mortuary. she resided at 909 West Apple. The Record reports the board meeting moved to May 26 at 3 30 p.m. due to a lack of a quorum.
