Lompoc High Students Sweep Scholastic Photography Honors
Six advanced photography students at Lompoc High School captured 18 national awards in the 1976 Scholastic Photography Awards, the most of any U.S. high school. Vicki Wallace earned seven awards totaling 220 dollars, while Tony Barreras won five awards for 180 dollars and Eric Jamison received 140 dollars. The winners will be exhibited in New York at the Eastman Gallery and in Los Angeles at the Museum of Science and Industry.
