Businessman to comply with county order on home business
Elmer Ruehling a former operator of a paint and loan business in Lompoc says he will comply with a county edict to stop conducting a commercial operation from his home at 1524 Calle Primera Mission Hills. He faces zoning violations for operating from a residence and storing equipment and materials. Ruehling plans to relocate before the deadline next Monday but has so far failed to find a suitable site.
