County employes union blasts admin over salary talks
The Independent County Employees Association accuses Administrative Officer Raymond D Johnson of shabby treatment of its salary negotiators. President Carolyn Bedard and GM Michael Kilgore call the process unfair as the board rejects salary boosts for the 1977-78 fiscal year while Johnson backs a roughly $2 million package seen as about a 2 percent rise.
