Health official urges funding for Santa Ynez sewer
Dr Lawrence Hart of Santa Barbara County Health Care Services urged funding to eliminate private sewage disposal in the Santa Ynez Community Services District to prevent sewage contamination of Santa de Cota Creek. He noted federal funds exist for public sewers, described the creek path through the town and reservation, and warned that partial sewer approval would burden property owners without reducing contamination.
