The Board of Supervisors on Monday approved a second supplemental Watershed Work Plan for the Santa Ynez River Flood Prevention project. County Flood Control will be local sponsor and administer the Guerra No 4 Structure contract. The plan follows the December 1960 main agreement and May 1962 amendment with Lompoc Soil Conservation District and the U.S. Soil Conservation Service.
