Johnnie Moore 26 of 865 Camphor St. Vandenberg AFB faced court today on DUI charges after an early morning arrest on Lompoc Casmalia Road near Azalea Lane. Bail set at 750 dollars and he was booked at Lompoc Jail.
The Santa Ynez Valley faces a contested 20 acre Ballard area lot split after the Board of Supervisors voted 4 to 1 to approve the Elliott split. Officials worry the move undermines a February policy backing slower agricultural lot splits until the valley study and rezoning proposals are complete.
