Fifth U S plane lost in Laos amid six day tally

Saigon reports a fifth American warplane lost to ground fire in Laos within six days. An F105 Thunderchief was crippled, its pilot parachuting to safety in Thailand. Other losses included two Navy A4 Skyhawks one A1 Skyraider and one OV10 Bronco. Pilots were rescued.
