Billy Graham Film Premier Planned in Lompoc

Wes Covington of the Billy Graham Association arrived in Lompoc to organize local Christian laymen for the premiere of the Billy Graham feature film Two A Penny. Cecil Lane, a local businessman, will lead efforts describing the event as the area’s largest outreach through films.

St. Mary’s Episcopal Church invites a Lenten Quiet Day on Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 209 E. Central Ave with Holy Communion meditations and silence periods. Morris Womack and Gordon Osborne will lead the 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. services at the Church of Christ and share slides and tape recordings from their Japan visit with supported missionaries.
